The Dance at Grandpa's excerpt

This is an excerpt from Little House in the Big Woods by Laura Ingalls Wilder, Chapter 8 The Dance at Grandpa's. This is my second attempt at podcasting and there are still some audio kinks to be worked out. The volume varies and the recording has some backround noise. I love the story though...the vivid descriptions of Laura's aunts getting ready for the big dance captivate me as much today as they did all those years ago when I first read the book.

I published once before, but it crashed on me. I hope that it loads properly this time. Fingers crossed!

Shel Silverstein Poems

These poems are the result of a project for a class, Production of Instructional Resources. They are from Falling Up and Where the Sidewalk Ends, by Shel Silverstein. This is kind of a trial run for me, as this was created with a new version of Garageband and the only other podcasts I've done have been with help and direct instruction (step by step) in a previous version. There are some substantive differences.
